Medical / Dental / Vision
CSI's comprehensive benefits package includes: Medical, Dental and Vision coverage for employees and dependents, as well as a pre-tax Flexible Spending Account (FSA) to help employees save money on health care and dependent care expenses. CSI subsidizes the monthly premiums for medical, dental and vision to reduce out of pocket costs for our employees.
401k Retirement Plan
You can make before-tax or Roth contributions (or a combination of both) to the 401(k) plan. You are allowed to contribute up to $17,500 in salary deferral contributions during the calendar year. To help you save for retirement, CSI has elected to make a Safe Harbor matching contributions which is defined to match CSI will match $1.00 for every $1.00 contributed up to 3% of an employees annual salary, after 6 months of service. CSI will then match $0.50 for every $1.00 in contributions on the next 2% of an employees annual salary.
Paid Time Off (Vacation)
The flexibility of Paid Time Off (PTO) lets you set your own priorities. Use PTO for vacation, a parent-teacher conference, a doctor’s appointment, or any number of events in your life. CSI prides itself on helping our employees obtain work-life balance through flexible scheduling whenever possible.
