VP of Government Operations

dMurdock1Eugene “Doc” Murdock is CSI's Vice President of Government Operations. In this capacity Doc serves as CSI’s Senior Program Manager and has nationwide responsibility for CSI’s government contracts.

Mr. Murdock retired from the United States Air Force with 20 years of service in Information Security and Management. After transition from the military, Doc was as a senior manager with Phacil, Inc., where he was employed as a contractor to manage several contracts around the DC area comprised of over 100+ personnel with annual revenue of over $15M. He traveled to each site to check on employees and assist On-Site Program Managers in performing their duties. He provided quality assurance and handled a range of issues for personnel quickly and off site to ensure focus is kept on the client’s mission. He was responsible for reviewing and providing feedback to employee bi-weekly reports; approving timesheets and vacation; conducting interviews for potential employees; conducting employee annual evaluations; submitting contract deliverables and interacting with the customer to resolve contract issues; and developing goals and responsibilities for project/team leads.

Doc received his Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science from Hawaii Pacific University and his Masters Degree in Information Systems from Strayer University.
