Jackie Robinson-Burnette President CSIWith over 30+ years of government contracting experience, Jackie Robinson-Burnette was appointed President of Contract Solutions, Inc (CSI) on November 4, 2019. Her prior assignment was at Live Oak Bank as the Government Contracting Industry Expert.

In 2017, when Live Oak Bank initiated contact to recruit Jackie, she was a Senior Executive Service (SES) leader serving at the top 1% of all federal civil servants. As the U.S. Small Business Administration’s Deputy Associate Administrator of Government Contracting & Business Development she was responsible for all aspects of the $99B federal small business contracting program to include protests, policy, mentor-protégé programs, size standards, and certification programs for 8(a), HUBZ, SB, SDB, WOSB/EDWOSB, and SDVOSB/VOSB programs.

Before joining the SBA, in 2014 she served in the Pentagon leading the Secretary of the Army’s Small Business Contracting Program across the Nation, leading a team of over 200 geographically dispersed small business contracting professionals. She served as the U.S. Army Corps of Engineer’s Small Business Contracting Director from 2010 to 2014, leading the Corps to exceed its small business program goals for 4 years in a row for the first time in its history. She served as the Deputy for the Army Contracting Command, Office of Small Business Contracting Program from 2008 to 2010. Earlier assignments include Contracting Officer with unlimited warrant and assignments at various DoD organizations to include the US Army Contracting Command-Korea, US Army Contracting Command-Europe, and Surface Deployment and Distribution Command (SDDC).

She is known across the country to be a tireless advocate for small businesses, taught government contracting sessions for Veteran Women Igniting the Spirit of Entrepreneurship (V-WISE), Veterans In Procurement (VIP) business development classes, and served on the GovCon Council for the Montgomery Chamber of Commerce (2017 – 2019). She lives in Northern Virginia with her husband (Victor Burnette, Retired Army Lieutenant Colonel) and they have three adult daughters and one grandchild. Her hobbies include cooking, karaoke, line dancing, and going to the movies.
