Pepco

Established a landmark employee program as a result of a class action suit, that required PEPCO to provide basic reading, writing and math skills to employees who had been previously terminated due to poor basic reading skills. The program became a popular no stigma training module that ultimately encouraged supervisors and managers to voluntarily enroll to improve their skills as well.

CWS

Provided leadership development, team building, supervisory development, ethics diversity, customer service training and individual coaching. Developed a customized program developed which included a focus on breakthrough strategies to develop new and productive ways to manage interpersonal aspects of leading others and letting go of the status quo. We included in this training help for managing transitions, new responsibilities and letting go of the past.
